Ahh... the smell of burning oil

I am going to rebuild my 16v 2.0l engine, and in the process I wanted to get 
it ready for a turbo, forged pistons etc. What is a good way to lower the 
compression, other then stacking head gaskets? Also what do I have to do 
exactly to get it ready for a turbo so the engine won't break? What is a 
good place to buy stuff for my car like forged pistons, piston rings etc?
