The vents are Kamei hood scoops - I believe Peter was just selling a pair a week or two ago. They WILL be removed in short order! :)
I cannot speak as to whether the ragtop was an "option" per se, but one would order it through the dealer - whether they were actually installed in Wolfsburg, I dunno...I guess I should qualify that statement and say that it was "purchased new that way". Maybe one of the other r.t. owners knows more about it...?
