WTB: Steering Wheel Adapter

I just bought a Grant 4 spoke wheel with the three hole mount this wknd at a 
swap meet. The offset isn't deep enough so I need an adapter, or spacer of 
somekind. If ya got one let me know $$ or could I make one out of some steel 
tube and flat?
