For years... good stuff!  The SEM "Vinyl & Plastic Color Spray (satin
black)" is the best long term way to re-color those faded-gray old
bumpers.

When I repaired a bumper, I used the plastic prep, flexible primer,
texture coating, and color spray. The only reason I didn't use the SEM
bumper patch was it was more $ and required a special applicator gun.
