Ignition Gremlins

Hello all, I've been haveing a problem with my girlfrinds veedub for a week 
now. If you let it sit overnight it won't start in the morning, the battery 
is new and holds a voltage of 12.83 if disconnected. If left connected it 
draws about 0.36v per hr. I have looked for something that could be drawing 
power over time, and can't find any thing abnormal using my multi-meterI 
even went sofar as to disconnect the stero (aftermarket).  Any body please 
have any advice as to what my gremlin might be?
