tornado fuel saver?

alright, i've obviously been staying up too late at night and i've been 
seeing this infomercial for something called the tornado fuel saver. it 
supposedly is suppose to help your car use the air it takes in more 
effiecently and increase gas mileage and hp at the same time. anyone else 
seen these infomercials? anyone actually tried this product to see if it 
works?
