my car likes drizzle

Cool, damp air is denser than warm/dry air.
More air means more power.

  your idle may be too far advanced, or there is the mere fact that humid,
  cool air reduces detonation/knock significantly. its the basis of water
  injection, which is used on many turbo+high compression drag cars.
