[List Admin] Downtime starting tomorrow

Sorry this is such short notice, but there is going to be a downtime 
for the mailing list
starting tomorrow, probably around 12 noon.  It's going to last about 
24 hours.  The
mailing list machine is moving to a new location, and getting a new 
IP address.  After
the machine is brought back up, there may be some after-effects of 
the IP address
change for another few hours due to DNS propagation issues.  No need 
to post "List Down?"
type messages, as now we should all know. :)
