Cheap coil over kits on ebay, any good ?

They are most likely total crap.  I have emailed a few times asking about
threaded body ID, spring rates and other applications and never received a
reply.  I imagine they are made in the Pacific Rim to low standards (I have
gotten great stuff from Asia, I have also seen crap).  For $60 it might be
worth a try - if they work OK, you could always buy some quality springs
domestically.
