if you can show that you've been bringing it in for the same problem for 
some time, you should be reimbursed. also, although i haven't heard of a 
recall with a mileage limit (i got the gas tank recall on the old rocc done 
in 2000 with like 150k on the clock), 70k is a lot in 4 years i think. where 
the hell do you go?
