NS Soft-Sport Springs - anyone with experience?

Anyone on the list have experience with Nuespeed Soft-Sport springs?
They are not made anymore, but I have seen them for sale, both used and NOS.
I especially want to know how to compare them with the H&R Sports, which 
supposedly drop the car an extra inch (which sounds like a big difference 
to me).
