The tube runs from the lower section of the air box on the pass sdie through
a hole in the floor.
try lifting the edge of the lower console and feel for the tube. Might be a
bit of a tight fit, but a piece of wire can fit in it to clear the
obstruction. It may have just collapsed after all these years...
