looking for info on a deadbeat seller
That's surprising. I had a problem with a vendor a few years back. The
guys didn't have a record of my paypal payment going through. I contacted
paypal and they took care of it and the vendor sent me my items. I still
left them negative feedback. How can you loose a paypal payment?
