do I need a puller to get steering wheel off A1

15/16" is a tight fit at 23.8mm

1" is a loose fit at 25.4mm

Personally, it's my belief that there's a special spot in hell for people 
who (mis)use imperial wrenches on metric fasteners, or vice versa, 
especially when they're my wrenches... :) :)

If I were to get caught short without a 24mm and needed to pull the 
steering wheel, I'd use a 1" socket though, there's a better chance it 
would fit... :)
