New to sciroccos

Just a thought about cost's. Here in the UK the cheapest way to insure a
Scirocco is to insure it with classic insurance. The insurance companies
that do this feel that if the driver regards the car as a classic they will
take more care of it and have less accidents. Hence lower insurance. the
only down side is that there is usually a mileage limit. However they do
normally take an agreed valuation rather than the book price. I know of at
least 1 Scirocco with agreed valuation of 7000 pounds but due to its age a
book value of only a couple of hundred.

Geoff in UK
3 GT2's
A white 8V for Heather my wife
A red 8V for me
And a green 16V to share.
