Check the electrical connections to the starter.....check the solenoid on
the starter.....

  New Hampshire. I don't know how deep the water was. My car is not lowered,
it is completeley stock. No mods. Put it this way it was almost flooding the
inside of my car. Probabley about an inch or so from doing so.
