Waterfest Judging Strikes Out Again!

this is why im not going to waterfest until im done with the twin. then i
can drag it instead of show it. sorting times from quickest to slowest isnt
nearly as hard as adding up judge votes on cars... well, not nearly as hard
for them at least...
