Noisy and slow engine, unstable idle speed - What can be the problem ?

The vacuum is testet fine.. No problems there..
But the valves may need to be adjusted.. Going to do that as soon as =
possible..
Have not checked the valve timing..
The engine does not only rev down slowl... it goes up and down rather =
fast.. sometimes up and down slowly..=20

  The ticking is likely because your valves need to be adjusted.  You =
also probably have a vacuum leak, does your engine tend to rev down =
rather slowly?  I'd replace all the vacuum lines.  Have you checked your =
valve timing?
