slow car-how to test cis-e/ignition?

I don't know how to test it but my bet is the knock sensor. It will run as
if it is seriously retarded when it goes. My 20v has two sensors. One went
bad and the car lost about a third of it's power but ran very well
otherwise. This Audi has fault codes so I had them retrieved to find out
what the problem was.

Good luck,

Rick Alexander
