vibration/shudder at 70 - possible alternatives (other than wheel balance?)

try getting a mounted balance--the wheels are balanced on the car, so it 
essentially balances all that rotating mass (rotors, hubs, etc). my shop 
does it for $8 wheel. i had the wheels/tires balanced unmounted first, then 
mounted; i was amazed how much tweaking needed to be done with the mounted 
balance.  the car is lowered, and is rock solid as fast as i care to go...
