master cylinder question
I've been trying to track a brake fluid leak for a while now and I
thought I had solved it with the tighening of a prop valve. However,
the leak didn't go away (did get much smaller though) and I think I've
found the main leak as it's made itself very evisient as of late. The
small seals between the resivoir and the master itself appear to be
leaking but prollie only when I get on the brake pedel as this has
eluded me all this time.
Now, are there replacement seals or will i have to replace the whole
master (I do have a spare)? If I can replace seals, that would be
great, if it's the whole master, well not so great but doable.
Oh, I also saw someone mention they had an oil leak by way of the 16v
distributor. Get another distributor, I tried a few different things to
stop my leak, non worked. Slightly used distro I got from the Tex went
in the car this past weekend and I haven't leaked a drop since.
