European license plate holders?

Hey everybody

I was thumbing through my European volkswagen book and I notice some 16v's 
with a nice fared in kind of license plate holder in the front under the 
bumper thats body colored.  Anybody ever seen one of those, know where I 
could pick up one cheap?
