Give this guy some advice re: 74 Rocco purchase on Vortex

The thread began as a 77 but he corrected himself to a 74.

I may have forgotten some stuff about being smogged, after all it's a
74.  ;])

In any case if he doesn't want it it might end up being driven out to
Cincy this year for pick up by a buyer who will give it a good home.
