Cathy? You gotta contact their tech support (I cant log in any further
to try and figure it out myself) OR you could use a pop or imap based
email client on the local computer you are using, with it's greater
degree of control.

We can take this off list if you like, I need to freshen my diag &
peoples skill anyway.
