Julie Messed Up

I was working on the DS side of the car today and only JUST put the screws 
in the indicator cover to get to the store.

The screws fell out and the lens was smashed by the time I got back...

Any one have a reasonable DS indicator cover for sale? I need it fairly 
fast.
