Help! My scirocco is a humidifier!

Yeah, I'm not sure what's going on.  Found the cover and removed it.  I 
pulled the hose and it was *bone* dry.  it even had dust lining it.  I poked 
around a bit with an allen wrench up into the box to see if I could jar 
anything loose to get something to flow out....   nothing.  If I get enough 
free time, I guess I'll have to drain the coolant and bust the whole thing 
out of there and make it look like the "exploded diagram" of the mechanism 
in the Bentley until I find out what's wrong...   :)
