16v model year differences

[steiner_ca@hotmail.com (Craig Steiner)]

My 88 16v has the 140 speedo without upshift light or oxs counter.  No 
chrome on door jambs. Has the lightbulb symbol for headlights, not the OE 
(that symbol is on high/low beam selector).  Hazard light switch says VW 91. 
  Always assumed that was a replacement by PO?
