storage units?

A friend of mine has a storage unit (well, three.. right next to each
other) and its absolutely great.. he has an air compressor, electric
heaters, all kinds of tools and plenty of storage space.

I think its something like $100/unit/month.

Something to consider, though.. is what hours you can get in or out of the
place. Most places aren't open 24 hours. You gotta watch out for meth
cooks and burglars, too.
