tire choices
1) A3S03...the R is a road-race compound (big
difference!)
2) Nat's hasn't been in Slina for a looong time!

3) IMHO, Kumhos aren't *quite* there yet. Hoosiers are
still typically faster. However, they're getting damn
close, and they're still a better choice for
camber-limited cars like my Subaru. Most of the people
who won on Kumhos this year were in better-prepared
cars than the majority of the field *and* are almost
in a league of their own as drivers. My own class, GS,
was an example. Brian Priebe walked away from the
class on Kumho, but he's driving the best-prepped
Celica in the country and is an unbelievable driver.
Apples-to-apples, I would still say Hoosier is
probably a little better tire.
