larger wheels and speedo accuracy

  i know that there are people on the list that are running larger than
normal wheels on their rides. i was just wondering what you've/they've
done to make the speedo close to accurate. i'm looking at 16" wheels,
but don't really want to run rubberbands, but i want to be able to look
down while doing 70 and it look close to 70. any info would be
appreciated. thanx.
