what up with the .org site

There is a problem with the machine at the moment, but I believe I have
improved it quite considerably.  I was having a 140% tcp retransmission rate,
causing things to be very very slow.  It's not the kind of of bandwidth, it's
how little of it was really being used.  Could you check it now and see if
it's improved?  It's still not 100%, but it should be better...I 
think I _might_
have a bad ethernet card...we'll see with more testing and 
observation.  There's
no reason to go ballastic yet...
