Where to get Caliper Guide Pins?

I've tried ordering "hardware kits" from various sources 
and several mention guide pins, but, unfortunately, the 
kits only come with boots for the guide pins.  Anyone know 
where I can get guide pins?  A couple of mine are worn 
pretty bad (no lube left).  I checked ETKA and the pins 
are not listed separately.  I'd rather not buy new 
carriers.
