You didn't say whether he's talking 8V or 16V, but in any case 35 hp is at
least a 25% gain.
No matter how you cut it CIS isn't that restrictive. And in my humble
opinion, after spending a year constantly improving the tuning of my Haltech
ECU, the CIS is a lot more accurate in fuel delivery than most of you think.
SDS website says power gains of 5-10% are possible going from a MAF system
to a speed-density system. So, if you go from CIS MAF to digi MAF how's that
going to make 25%?
