Live in an apartment and own a Scirocco?

I don't own my house, my parents do and since I am
still in High School I can use the garage for working
on my Scirocco or any other car.  I just have to move
all the Hondas around though.  Both of my VW's are
outside :( But I get to leave my Quantum in the garage
when ever I am on vacation or at school.
