Live in an apartment and own a Scirocco?

well I am in the same position, and I am lucky enough to have a local "boat
storage area" basically its a 17' x 22' x 16' locker, with electricity in
it.
I have moved in the rocco, a counter, cupboard and engine stand there..
works well.. I can take pictures for ya so you get a better Idea what I am
talking about. the cost is 95$/month but owner lives on premise, video
camera's all over the place and there is 9' barbwire fences all around the
compound.
