Potterman seems to be pretty swamped right now. If you need parts that you can't order from the web site, I think the best way to to call him. Use the new number from his main web page, NOT the old number on the "About Virtual World Parts" page. I emailed a few days ago and got no response, so I called last night and the secretary said someone would call me back. Within 10 minutes I was talking to Potterman himself and ordered the part I needed.
