motor mount q's

I know my mounts are shot, and I have replacements for them I just want to
know if something my car is doing is related to them bing bad like I think
it is.  Whenever I get on/off the gas the car lurches a bit hard and when
I'm a constant lowers speeds in just about any gear I get a bit of
jerky-ness (back and forth) out of the car like it's speeding up just a bit,
then slowing down only I'm doing a constant speed.  I'm pretty sure that
it's all related to the mounts, but I'm kinda just wanting a bit of
re-assurance.

Also, I have a set of the H&R 16v sport springs that should be arriving
Friday.  So I should be replacing the entire rear control arm, e-break
cables, front and rear suspension and getting the damn car aligned finally
this weekend.  Wish me luck as I know it's a lot to try and do all in one
weekend.
