euro high beam problems

  every time i hit my high beams (eurolights) i blow the fuse in the fuse 
box. i triple checked all my connections and relays and everything appears 
to be right. i then replaced the 10 amp fuse with a 20 amp fuse, now the 
highs don't work at all. so i went back to the 10 amp fuse and the highs 
came on for 30 secs or so before the fuse blew again.  any ideas here? i'm 
stumped. tia
