Downpour?  Heh.. down here in LA-LA land, we got all of FOUR inches of
rain last year - for the entire 12-month season, lowest on record for
LA since they've been keeping records.  If we don't get some water this
year, we're gonna be in big trouble - and are gonna steal more of your
stuff!
