European Short Curve Distributer - Worth it?

On potterman's website it says that the Euro Short Curve Distributer is good for adding more low end torque and hp.  I have an 8 valve with cam upgrades, exhaust upgrades, intake upgrades, 4k tranny, plus my spark plugs are gapped wider than oe spec, I have msd wires on my car and a super coil.   I'm looking for anything that is going to give me more torque.  Is this distributer going to give me any improvements over the stock 8 valve or is it a waste of $200?
