Horn beeps when I turn my Steering Wheel

Its easy. you know the little brass tab that sticks out of the colum and
makes contact with the steering wheel ring? Its bent, dirty, worn or all
of the above. I took a shop towel and ran it thru the wheel for a quick
fix. Removed and cleaned the ring on the steering wheel and reinstalled.
Havent had a problem since.
