HVAC Control Panel Bulb

If memory serves me correct John...the 16v bulb cannot be replaced without 
some cutting and pasting.  Anyone confirm this as I have never owned a 
16v.  But I do know on my 87 8v it was either the whole panel or nothing at 
all.  HTH
