Those look like front and rear golf 2 "big" bumpers.  I believe they are
from 90-92 years (someone else may be able to give you a better
breakdown)


If you want them on your roc, look at the front fender gap.  You need to
modify the bumper to extend it to the 16V flare to make it look real
good.  It can be done and looks nice when done right.  The Jetta rear is
a better fit than the golf. Much less work.
