Is this a Callaway swaybar?

Can anyone help me identify this swaybar?  I've been told it's a
Callaway, but haven't been able to find ANY info on whether Callaway
even made a swaybar...

It's on the 80 S that Kervin sold me.  It's different than any other
swaybar I've seen.  It doesn't mount to the control arm rear mount, and
ends up in front of the control arm.   The lower tie bar is also part
of the unit...
