Yep, Jasin is right, the Nuerburgring is great. It's open to the =
public for a nominal fee per lap... =20
With that said, it's also incredibly dangerous... which is the reason =
it was closed for races to begin with. Kind of insane that the =
Nordschleife was determined to be too dangerous for racing, so they =
opened it to the untrained public...
Either case, it's worth doing a lap. Just be sure to do it when there =
aren't a lot of other people around. The track can get very congested =
-- and when you have 1960s VW Buses on the same track with E46 BMW M3s, =
there are some serious speed differentials... Just be careful!
