Digital Clock - 12hr vs 24hr?

For some reason, I KNOW that there is a way with MFA clusters to swap
modes...trying to find it I came up with a bunch of pages for newer MFAs
and the stuff you can do to them...but can't find the info.  I know I read
it a couple of years ago though....and I was pretty sure it was MFA
clusters only.
