1. We gotta trim our replies.

2. UK cars drive on the 'wrong' side of the road, the headlight cutoffs
reflect this. UK lights need to remain on cars that drive on the Left.
(Hmmm, maybe you can turn them upside down.) :P

3. Still, everything needed BUT the bulbs might be useful, or is a
nonstarter?
