Help! Rear Axel Stud Snapped... what to do?

are you talking about at the pivot point? if so, i would recommend
installing a new set of bushings (poly) back there at the pivot point. this
would involve dropping the rear suspension (relatively easy, just unbolt the
other 3 bolts). once its down you could do SS brake lines back there. once those
2 things are done, it would be somewhat safe to bolt it all back up and have a
muffler shop tack weld the other side of the bracket. you dont need a huge bead,
just several tacks along the edge so you can grind off the weld if absolutely
necessary.
the only other 2 things i can think of after busings and ss lines would be
cat back exhaust and fuel tank maintenance as for reasons you would ever have to
drop that beam.
