Where to get speaker mounting extensions?

Yep, I used them to put 6.5" speakers over the stock rear 4X6 locations
without cutting any sheet metal.  The 4X6 hole provides enough clearance
for the magnet and the spacer raised the mounting location high enough
that the speaker frame did not interfere with any surrounding sheet metal.
