Oh just got a rental house, 55 acres, 2 ponds, 6
stall stables,hay barn, twin garage, house on 2.5 acres 
of grass with lots of pecan and other fruit trees, 3 
bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (all complete with showers/baths), 
living room, washing room, and a main room with is 30x30.

all that for 1300$/month.
